Needs Work
after hirin your firm fo a securety job, I was very upset, everything was wrong from the firs tyme i got in the car, the securety guy kept lookin at me in the mirrer and made me uncomfurtable, he was rude n makin me late

Excellent Service
Michael is always the ever consummate professional. Each time Ive hired him, he has ALWAYS been nothing less than respectful, attentive, helpful and very much at the top of his game!
The first few times, I hired Michael as just a driver but, then as time and my career progressed, I was in need of a more personalized security when I traveled (mostly abroad) and he was very sensitive to my needs without any hesitation.
I would definitely recommend Michael Saad.
At first I thought Michael would be a person who cares only about himself and don't take other team members in consideration. But throughout the period of the course that we both attended, I notice how much knowledge he has and the willingness to share his experience with others. He proved to be reliable and determinant to complete any given task to the best of his abilities. I would enjoy the honor to work again with him as a team. To my better judgement I would consider Michael as a person who is commited to achieve the best in all that he could challenge. I'm not a friend who he knew for a long period of time, I'm a friend who accepted his friendship at the end of the course only because of what I have seen from his character. I choose my friends very carefully.
Recently Micheal and I attended an Executive Protection training course together. From the moment he introduced himself it was evident that this was not his first course. Micheal would continuously share his knowledge with other attendees.
