Arising out of Employment/Course of Employment investigations are interviews with the Subject, Employer, and Witnesses together to discuss an alleged work related injury. A thorough AOE/COE investigation is an essential factor for properly evaluating a workplace injury. We at Michael Saad International pursue the possibility of substituting one claim for another (Subrogation) whenever applicable and list any and all contributing factors involved.

We tailor our investigations to meet our client’s needs, whether it is a full AOE/COE, the claimant’s statement, the supervisor’s statement, co-worker, or witness’ statement, and use the statement(s) to make relevant determinations regarding the facts presented. Obtaining a signed medical release from the claimant and copies of their personnel file is a standard procedure.

Your office will be provided by Michael Saad International with regular updates while we manage the information in a comprehensive analysis. We maintain an awareness of dates to Accept/Deny and will always complete our handling of matters with a report and attachments to your office within an acceptable time.
